How do I share a collection with teammates?
Give selected team members access to contribute to a collection.
A collection owner can give selected teammates contributor access.
Add contributors
- Open Saved and select Collections.
- Open the collection.
- Select Collection settings.
- Select the teammates who should contribute.
- Select Save changes.
Only regular team members appear in the contributor list. A controller does not have library access and cannot contribute to collections.
Remove contributor access
Open Collection settings, remove the teammate from the contributor list, and save the changes.
Removing access does not remove the teammate from your Nicelydone team. To do that, read how to remove a team member.
Shared collection access requires a paid team with eligible members.
