What is a team controller?
Give an administrative contact team controls without library access.
A controller can manage a Nicelydone team without a paid library seat.
Use this role for an administrator, finance contact, or operations teammate.
What can a controller do?
A controller can view the team, invite regular members, and remove regular members.
A controller does not own the subscription, receive premium library access, or contribute to shared collections.
Invite a controller
- Open Team settings.
- Find Invite controller.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Select Invite.
A team can have one controller. The controller role does not use a paid seat.
Use a regular team member invitation when the person needs to search, save, export, or use other premium library features.
