Legal Notice, Terms of Service& Privacy
Terms of service
1. Terms
By accessing the website at https://nicelydone.club, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use licence and exports
Your plan allows you to use the available download, clipboard, HTML preview, and Figma export features for personal and internal professional design research. Subject to third-party rights, you may edit exported references and share them with team members covered by your plan. Nicelydone grants only rights that it owns or is authorised to grant.
You may keep and use copies lawfully downloaded or exported during your subscription after it ends, for the same permitted purposes. Cancellation does not require you to delete those copies. Access to future downloads, exports, and online content depends on your current plan. These terms and third-party rights continue to apply to retained copies.
You must not:
- Resell exports or republish them as an asset library or competing collection.
- Bypass plan restrictions, access controls, or usage limits.
- Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of third-party materials.
- Publish or use protected third-party assets in a product without the rights required for that use.
3. Disclaimer
- The materials on Nicelydone's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Nicelydone makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Further, Nicelydone does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Nicelydone or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nicelydone's website, even if Nicelydone or a Nicelydone authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on Nicelydone's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Nicelydone does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Nicelydone may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Nicelydone does not make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Links
Nicelydone has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Nicelydone of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. Modifications
Nicelydone may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Payments & refunds
The service is billed in advance on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. Payments, including renewals, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer a voluntary refund period. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of your current paid period. It does not refund earlier payments. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer withdrawal or refund rights.
9. Subscription auto-renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before each renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal through the Stripe billing portal available from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
10. Account termination
Nicelydone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of suspension. You may also delete your own account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account ends your access immediately. Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. If you own an active subscription, cancel it through the Stripe billing portal before deleting your account, or contact us for help. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Intellectual property & third-party content
Nicelydone provides screenshots, captured HTML, and visual references from third-party applications for design research, education, and inspiration. These materials, including styles, logos, images, and fonts, remain subject to their owners' rights. Nicelydone does not claim ownership of third-party content. Downloading, copying, or converting content into an editable format does not transfer ownership or grant additional rights. Before publishing or incorporating protected material into a product, obtain any permission or licence required for that use. If you are a rights holder and believe your content is being used improperly, contact contact@nicelydone.club to request removal.
12. Connected tools and AI research
Figma exports, Copy to LLM, and MCP connections help you use references in other tools. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies. Connected AI tools can access library content and, with the permissions you approve, read your favourites and collections or create and update collections. These features do not expand your rights in third-party content. Editable exports may need correction and may not reproduce every part of the source interface.
Submit only messages and images that you are authorised to share with our AI research providers. AI responses can contain errors. Review them before use.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law.
1. Data controller
The data controller for the personal data collected through nicelydone.club is:
- Forwards — SIREN 919 315 903
- 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France
- Contact: contact@nicelydone.club
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the following data depending on how you use the service:
- Account data: name, email address, and profile picture (provided via Google OAuth when you sign in)
- Payment data: billing address and payment method. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card number on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, features used, favourites, and collections created
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referral URL
- AI research data: messages, generated responses, chat titles, uploaded images, and upload metadata
- Connection data: approved tool permissions, authentication tokens, and activity associated with Figma and AI tool connections
3. How and why we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- To provide the service (contract performance): account creation, authentication, access to the library, managing your subscription
- To process payments (contract performance): billing, invoicing, and subscription management via Stripe
- To provide research and export features (contract performance): processing research messages and images, storing research history, preparing exports, and providing access to connected tools with your approved permissions
- To improve the service (legitimate interest): understanding how the product is used, identifying bugs, and improving features
- To communicate with you (legitimate interest / consent): sending transactional emails (receipts, renewal reminders) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use the following services to understand how the site is used:
- OpenPanel — product analytics (usage events, page views)
- PostHog — product analytics and session insights
- Sentry — error monitoring and performance tracking
- Cloudflare — CDN, security, and performance (sets strictly necessary cookies)
We use essential cookies required for the service to function (authentication session). Analytics tools may set additional cookies or use similar technologies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Third-party services that receive data
We share personal data with the following third-party processors, solely for the purposes described above:
- Google (OAuth authentication) — name, email, profile picture
- Stripe (payment processing) — billing details, payment method
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, caching, file storage, transactional email) — IP address, technical data, email address, name, uploaded research images
- OpenRouter and the model providers used for research requests (AI processing) — relevant research messages, images, and reference context needed to produce a response
- OpenPanel (analytics) — anonymised usage data
- PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the EU) — usage events linked to your account, including your user ID, email address, name and premium access status
- Sentry (error tracking) — technical error data
AI research requests pass through OpenRouter to a model provider. OpenRouter states that prompt and response logging is off by default and can be enabled through account settings. It retains request metadata, such as token counts and latency. Provider retention and training rules depend on the provider, endpoint, and settings used. We do not promise zero retention across this processing chain. See OpenRouter's data collection documentation and its provider data policies.
Copy to Figma uses a capture helper to read the displayed reference and prepare editable content on your clipboard. Captured pages can load images, styles, and fonts from their source hosts. Those hosts receive the technical data needed to serve the requests, including your IP address. When you paste or import content into Figma or another tool, that service handles the imported content under its own privacy policy. See the Figma privacy policy.
When you connect the Nicelydone Figma plugin, it receives your account email, subscription status, and the library or saved content you request. We record connection and import activity. Connected AI tools receive library content and any saved content covered by the permissions you approve. Downloading a file or copying an LLM export does not itself send that content to an AI provider.
6. Data retention
- Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Research history: messages, responses, and uploaded images are stored with your account to let you return to your research. Contact us to request deletion of a conversation or upload. Provider records are subject to the provider policies linked above.
- Payment data: retained by Stripe in accordance with their retention policy and legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax/accounting purposes).
- Usage and analytics data: retained for up to 24 months, then automatically deleted or anonymised.
- Technical logs: retained for up to 12 months for security and debugging purposes.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoicing records). Deleting your account ends your access immediately and does not cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal before deleting your account, or contact us for help.
8. Data security
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. Data is stored on servers operated by Cloudflare. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
9. International data transfers
Some of our third-party processors (Stripe, Cloudflare, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions as required by GDPR.
AI research uses OpenRouter's global API. Research messages and images may be processed in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. See the OpenRouter privacy policy for its transfer and retention practices. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer safeguards used for your research data.
10. External links
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility for their respective privacy policies.
11. Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request restricted processing, object to processing, or receive portable copies of eligible data. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@nicelydone.club to exercise your rights. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL or another competent data protection authority.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. The latest version will always be available on this page.
These terms and this privacy policy were last updated on 26 September 2026.
