How do I update or cancel my subscription?
The subscription owner can manage a paid subscription from Nicelydone settings.
Open subscription settings
Sign in and open Subscription settings. The page shows your current plan and billing information.
Select Manage my subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal.
Update payment or billing details
Use the billing portal to update your payment method, billing email, or billing address. Nicelydone uses the billing address to calculate applicable taxes.
Cancel renewal
Cancel the subscription in the billing portal before the next billing date.
The subscription will not renew. Paid access continues until the end of the prepaid period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Read how to request a refund for the available support flow.
Team members who do not own the subscription cannot change its billing settings.
