How do I add or remove team seats?

The subscription owner controls the number of paid seats through the Stripe billing portal.

Add seats

1. Open Team settings or Subscription settings.
2. Select Add seats or Add or remove seats.
3. Change the subscription quantity in the billing portal.
4. Return to Team settings and invite the new members.

Remove seats

Remove team members before you reduce the seat quantity.

The paid seat quantity must not be lower than the number of active members or the plan minimum.

After the members are removed, open the billing portal and reduce the quantity.

Seat pricing and minimums can change. Review the current amount in the billing portal before you confirm the change.
