How do I invite team members?
Invite people to use available seats in your Nicelydone team.
Team owners and controllers can invite members when the subscription has an available seat.
Send an invitation
- Open Team settings.
- Check the number of available seats.
- Enter the teammate’s email address under Invite teammates.
- Select Invite.
Nicelydone sends an invitation to that email address. The recipient must open the invitation and sign in to accept it.
If no seat is available
Select Add seats to open subscription settings. Increase the subscription quantity before you send another member invitation.
Each regular team member uses one paid seat. Each member receives premium library access.
Use the controller role for a person who needs only billing or team controls.
