How do I create and manage a collection?

Collections group screens around one project or research question.

Create a collection

1. Open a screen.
2. Select Save.
3. Select the option to create a collection.
4. Enter a clear collection name.

The screen is added when you create the collection.

Add or remove a screen

Open Save to collection from a screen and select an existing collection. Select the collection again to remove the screen.

You can also select several screens and add them to a collection in one action.

Rename or delete a collection

Open Saved, select Collections, and open the collection. Use Collection settings to change its name or delete it.

Deleting a collection removes the collection. It does not remove screens from the Nicelydone library.

Export a collection

Open a collection and select Download all for a ZIP file. Select Copy to LLM to copy a Markdown export for an AI conversation.

Collections and their export actions require an eligible paid plan.
