How do I change my email address?
Change the email used for sign-in and billing.
Changing your email updates both your Nicelydone account email and its Stripe billing email.
Request the change
- Sign in to Nicelydone.
- Open Help.
- Select Other.
- Select Change my email.
- Enter the new email address and select Send confirmation.
Confirm the change
Open the confirmation link sent to your current email address. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
Confirm the change while you are signed in to the account.
Nicelydone removes the old Google connection if you used Google sign-in.
You can then sign in with an email code. You can also connect the new address to an available sign-in method.
If the billing email cannot be updated, Nicelydone does not save a partial email change. Try again or contact support.
