Issue status tabs

A horizontal tab navigation bar for filtering issues by status. The active 'Open' tab includes an icon and a numeric badge indicating the count of open issues. Other tabs are 'Acknowledged', 'Resolved', and 'Ignored', each with a corresponding icon.
